To be eligible to register and maintain an account on qcs86, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This requirement is non-negotiable and is verified via CNIC during the registration and KYC process.
• You are a natural person and are registering for personal, non-commercial use only. Corporate or institutional registrations are not permitted.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law, and you are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You have not previously had a qcs86 account closed or suspended for any reason, including a self-exclusion period that has not yet expired.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active qcs86 account. Duplicate accounts — including accounts registered under different names or phone numbers — are strictly prohibited. qcs86 uses automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate registrations. Where a duplicate account is identified, qcs86 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and retain any balances pending investigation.

qcs86 operates a mandatory KYC process. You may be required to submit documentary verification of your identity (CNIC copy), age, address, and source of funds at any point during your use of the Platform, including but not limited to before your first withdrawal, during a large transaction, or following a material change to your account activity patterns. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by qcs86 will result in account restrictions including the suspension of withdrawal privileges.

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your qcs86 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. qcs86 will never ask you for your password via any channel including live chat, email, or telephone.

You must not share your account credentials with any other person. All activity conducted through your qcs86 account — including all wagers placed and all withdrawal requests submitted — will be treated as your own actions, whether or not you authorised them. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact qcs86 support immediately.

qcs86 accounts are for the personal use of the registered account holder only. You must not allow any other person to access or use your account. You must not access or use another person's account. Any such activity constitutes a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of balance.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information held on your qcs86 account remains accurate and current. In the event of a change to your contact details, mobile phone number, or payment method, you must update your account information promptly. qcs86 is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

qcs86 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted on the Platform: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast Instant Payment System, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Internet Banking, and Meezan Bank Internet Banking. The availability of individual payment methods may vary from time to time at qcs86's discretion.

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100 per transaction. qcs86 does not charge deposit fees on standard transactions made via JazzCash or EasyPaisa. Bank transfer deposits may be subject to the processing fees of the originating bank, which are the responsibility of the Player.

All funds deposited into qcs86 accounts must originate from a payment account held in the name of the registered account holder. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made from a payment account or bank account registered to another individual — are strictly prohibited. Where a third-party deposit is identified, qcs86 reserves the right to void the deposit, restrict the account, and return funds to the originating account after completing a KYC investigation.

qcs86 operates anti-money-laundering procedures in accordance with internationally recognised standards. You warrant that all funds deposited into qcs86 are from legitimate sources and are not connected to any unlawful activity. qcs86 may require additional documentation to verify the source of deposited funds as part of its AML compliance process.

Deposits are typically credited to your qcs86 balance instantly for JazzCash and EasyPaisa transactions. Bank transfer deposits may take between 15 and 30 minutes depending on the originating institution. qcs86 is not liable for delays in crediting caused by the processing times of third-party payment providers.

Withdrawal requests on qcs86 may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the qcs86 account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500 per transaction. Withdrawal requests submitted via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are processed within an average of four minutes for accounts that have completed full KYC verification. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one business day. These timeframes represent qcs86's internal processing targets and do not account for the processing times of the receiving financial institution.

qcs86 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal request, particularly for first withdrawals, withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds, or where account activity patterns indicate an elevated risk profile. Withdrawal processing will be paused until the requested documentation is received and verified.

Bonus balance funds are subject to turnover requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms before they become eligible for withdrawal. Real money balance funds that have been used to satisfy a wagering requirement or that were deposited without any associated bonus are eligible for withdrawal subject to the standard KYC and payment method verification requirements.

Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. Unless otherwise stated, a Player may claim each promotional offer once per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempting to claim a promotion multiple times through the use of multiple accounts, multiple device identities, or multiple payment methods constitutes bonus abuse and is prohibited.

All bonus funds are subject to a minimum turnover requirement before they may be withdrawn. Winnings on any single bet or game round are subject to the maximum payout limits applicable to the relevant game or market, as stated in the game rules or market information. qcs86 is not obligated to pay winnings in excess of the stated maximum payout limit, regardless of the displayed outcome.

The following actions constitute prohibited conduct on qcs86 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one qcs86 account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC processes.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Depositing funds originating from criminal activity, proceeds of crime, or any unlawful source.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software, or any other mechanical means to interact with the Platform or place wagers.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of such errors are void and will be reversed.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the qcs86 Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the qcs86 Platform.

The qcs86 name, logo, and all associated branding are trademarks of qcs86. Unauthorised use of qcs86 trademarks in any context — including on social media, in third-party websites, or in any promotional material — is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from qcs86.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, qcs86 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, even if qcs86 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

qcs86's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the Player's use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their qcs86 account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

qcs86 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free from errors or malicious code, or that any technical defects will be corrected. qcs86 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may affect Platform availability from time to time.

qcs86 is not liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under these Terms & Conditions where such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond qcs86's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, acts of government, telecommunications failures, or disruptions to third-party payment networks such as JazzCash or EasyPaisa.

qcs86 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where qcs86 determines that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• The Player is under the age of 21.
• The Player's account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal purpose.
• Continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to qcs86.
• The Player has been identified as a self-excluded individual who has re-registered in breach of a self-exclusion agreement.

Where an account is closed for a breach of these Terms & Conditions, qcs86 reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. Where the breach involves fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, or underage gambling, qcs86 reserves the right to forfeit the balance entirely.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting qcs86 live support. Upon voluntary closure, any real money balance (net of applicable bonus balance that has not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within five business days.

If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the qcs86 Platform, you should contact qcs86 Customer Support in the first instance via the 24/7 live chat available inside your qcs86 account dashboard. qcs86 aims to resolve all complaints within 24 hours of receipt. Complex complaints may require additional time and investigation.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Your continued use of the qcs86 Platform following the publication of updated Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account.

The version date displayed at the top of this document indicates when these Terms were last revised. Prior versions of these Terms may be requested from qcs86 Customer Support for reference purposes.

qcs86 operates under an internationally recognised gaming licence. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which qcs86 holds its gaming licence. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through qcs86's internal complaints process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the governing jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction that cannot be excluded by agreement.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and qcs86 with respect to your use of the Platform, and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
